These terms govern your use of valorifi.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

Valorifi is a trading name of Freedom Labs Ltd., a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. Freedom Labsis the engineering practice behind both Valorifi and Freed Finance. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Valorifi” mean that company.

This site describes the engineering services we provide. It is marketing material. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract.

Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where these terms and an engagement agreement conflict, the engagement agreement prevails.

Content on this site, including capability pages, method descriptions and answers to common questions, is general information about how systems of this kind are built. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, investment or tax advice, and it must not be relied on as such.

Regulatory requirements differ by jurisdiction and change over time. Take advice from qualified professionals in your jurisdiction before acting.

Freedom Labs Ltd. is an engineering consultancy. It is not a bank. It is not authorised or regulated by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, or any equivalent authority in any jurisdiction. It does not hold client money or client assets, does not issue financial instruments, does not operate a payment service, and does not provide regulated financial services of any kind.

We build systems that our clients operate under their own permissions. Responsibility for holding, or for lawfully renting, those permissions rests with the client at all times.

Clients and products are named only where the engagement carries no confidentiality restriction and the client has agreed. Engagements under agreement are described without identifying the client, the product or the approach, and carry no logo and no outbound link.

No performance, volume, revenue or availability figures are published about any engagement. Descriptions of architecture and of decisions relate to the specific circumstances of that engagement and are not a representation, warranty or forecast of results in any other.

All content on this site, meaning text, design, code, diagrams and marks, is owned by Freedom Labs Ltd.or licensed to it, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. “Valorifi” and the Valorifi mark are trading marks of Freedom Labs Ltd..

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the site commercially without our prior written consent.

Ownership of work produced during an engagement is set by the engagement agreement, not by this page. Our standard position is that the client owns the deliverables outright on payment.

Information you send us through this site is treated as confidential from the first message, whether or not a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) has been signed. Do not send material you are not entitled to disclose, and do not send credentials, keys or production secrets by email, at any point, including during an engagement.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we are not liable if it is unavailable for any period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties to the fullest extent permitted, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of this site.

Liability arising from an engagement is governed by the engagement agreement, not by these terms, including any cap on it. This page does not set one and should not be read as doing so.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above tells you when it last changed.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and the courts of the British Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction.

Where an engagement agreement specifies a different governing law or forum, that agreement prevails for anything arising under it.
